Manufacturing Facility

Synergy Group is equipped with latest equipments and machines to carry out a smooth production process. The manufacturing uni is spread over a vast area, is strategically located near raw material sources and skilled manpower, thus giving the company the added advantage. Our production capacity stands as follows:

30,000 pillar candles per day based on 3x3and 3x6
10,000 glass filled candles per day based on 8 oz, etc.

Our manufacturing machines and facilities include Thermo-pack oil heater, Melting tanks with capacity 500 kg and 1000 kg, Batch mixing tanks of 150 kg capacity, Conveyor lines with re-heater and pre-heater for glass candles, Packing conveyors, Packing tables, Pneumatic milling and drilling machines.
